BEAUTY BAY was developing a limited edition eyeshadow palette in collaboration with Dutch beauty influencer Nikkie Tutorials, in order to increase brand awareness and leverage her global following to acquire new customers outside European territories. I was asked to collaborate with Nikkie and creative packaging agency Méro to conceive highly personalised visual ideas that symbolised the light and dark sides to her personality. We focused on infusing Nikkie’s distinctive style into all touchpoints and create mesmerising assets that built hype and emotionally resonated with the audience. Despite major delays due to the pandemic, the palette sold out within an hour of launching and BEAUTY BAY saw a sharp rise in brand engagement and customer growth.
